Product Exchange

Should your received order not be suitable or of incorrect size, it is eligible for an exchange in-store. Items however are not eligible for any refunds, but only a credit note for use in-store only. 

Our returns policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you an exchange nor credit note.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in a re-sellable condition. It must also be in the original packaging or tags which came with it.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

If you need to exchange it, please send us an email at scubawarehouse.com.sg@gmail.com for verification first. After which, you may then proceed to sending your item back to: 52 Ubi Ave 3, #02-43, Frontier, Singapore 408867 ; at your own cost.

Please kindly take note that this is strictly a no refund sales policy.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to: 52 Ubi Ave 3, #02-43, Frontier, Singapore 408867.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

If you are returning any valuable items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item without tracking.
