Bauer P-31 Compressor Filter
The Bauer P-31 Compressor Filter is suitable for the Bauer Compressors with P31 Triples Filter, example the Mariner 250.
Original BAUER filter cartridges with premium quality filter materials ensure that oil, moisture, oil vapour, hydrocarbon compounds, coarse impurities or minute particles are effectively removed from the compressed air.
The ideal P-filter cartridge composition for each application is formulated, optimised and reliably tested in the BAUER quality testing centre.
Warning:
When a filter cartridge is saturated by not respecting the replacement intervals, it can lead to serious malfunctions on the compressor (cartridge explosion, tightening of the last stage piston…) and give back air that does not comply with the EN12021 breathing air standard, including in the case of a bad choice of cartridge.
The diver’s life depends on the air compressed in his cylinder and therefore requires obligatory attention of the cartridge.
When should you change your air filter?
An air compressor is a big purchase for any business. It is visibly important to properly maintain the air compressor and filter elements to protect that investment. Air intake filters are installed in an air compressor to remove any dust or debris the compress may suck in. Dust will cause wear to the compressor element, valves, filters, compressor oil and any moving parts.
Neglect your air compressor and you will pay the price.
An unclean air or oil filter causes the compressor to run less efficiently. That costs more money to run and the compressor will need to be replaced sooner.
